5. Shipping Restrictions

We're currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, APO/FPO military addresses, or US territories. Delivery to some remote areas may take longer or have limited availability, depending on our carrier's coverage — get in touch if you're unsure whether we can reach you.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails, the address details provided are incorrect, or a package is returned to us as undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange a new shipment. Please note this may involve an additional shipping cost.
